Please include the Year/Make/Model of your vehicle when scheduling online. There is a notes section when you submit the appointment to add this information. Also, please include any additional information you feel necessary in the notes section.
Online appointments require a 30% deposit to schedule. All appointment requests will need to be approved by Cleanse Auto Spa. If we can not schedule the time you picked, we will reach out to you, and figure out another day/time. Your deposit will be refunded if you do not end up rescheduling. If you would like to schedule a ceramic coating, please contact us. We are unable to set up multiple day appointments through square.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an online appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of service.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a future appointment (one time only). Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may result in loss of the deposit.
